Italian fashion brand MSGM presented their Spring Summer 2023 Menswear Collection with a show held at Piazza Olivetti, on June 18th, during the recently finished Milano Fashion Week. Designer and founder of the brand, Massimo Giorgetti presented a collection inspired by untouched and free place where Mankind and nature coexist in complete harmony. The collection draws inspiration from tropical beaches, surfers, waves, dolphis, flowers and palms.
SPRING SUMMER 2023 COLLECTIONS
There is all the playful energy of the MSGM kids: the desire, the carefreeness, the optimism of youth, the enthusiasm of a one-way ticket. As if they had packed their bags in a hurry, and had got on the first flight after the office, their look is a playful blend of on/off duty elements. There is a love of lightness, of bare skin: the tops have got shorter — and are becoming more and more cropped — while trousers are worn with underwear effect coulisse in contrasting fabric. But there is also a hint of an urban wardrobe, reinterpreted in spirit and details: trench coats, boxy suits with printed lapels, striped ties that give a preppy feel to the look, like the fleeces and the rugby-style polo shirts, all overlapping and mixed together. – from MSGM
